Reviewing your Campaign
Once your CSM has created your Campaign, it will be sent to you for review. This is your opportunity to test the application process from an Applicant’s point of view and ensure it meets your specifications.
To review your Campaign, you will need to create a ‘test’ application using an email address of which you can access the inbox. This is so you can receive the automated emails that are triggered throughout the application process.
When reviewing your campaign, please ensure:
All application form questions are present and in the correct format (including any that used conditional formatting such as ‘If yes, please provide more details’)
You are not able to progress without answering all ‘mandatory’ questions on each page.
You are able to upload images, video and/or other media files
All supporting text and links to documents are correct e.g. Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions.
All automated emails contain the correct information and correct ‘From’ name and ‘Reply-to’ email address and are received to your inbox.
You are able to pause, sign out and sign back in to complete your application.
Correct data is visible in the Admin Side*.
*Note: you will be given access to a basic version of the Admin Side where you can review your test applications
If any changes are required to the application form, please send these to your CSM at support@castitreach.com, clearly identifying the changes that need to be made. If you need to update any supporting text, please highlight this clearly in a new version of the application form document.
