Why Do I get “Email Address Is Already In Use” Error

When a User is deleted from the User's list, their user information (i.e. name, email address … etc) is still  retained in our database, which is why the Platform gives this error message. 

If this error appears, please contact support@castitreach.com to have them reinstated.

If you feel that a user will need access to the account again in the future, it would be best to Suspend the user. This way you can re-activate them when they need access again.
